Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy is in place to protect our small business. Please understand that without sufficient notice, we miss the opportunity to offer your appointment to someone else.
Cancellations
You will be sent a confirmation SMS 48 hrs prior to your booked appointment, please reply to this message. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so via SMS at least 24 hrs before your appointment. If less than 24 hrs notice is given, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount.
No show
If you do not show up (no notice given) for your appointment you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service amount. You may also be asked to pay in advance for future bookings.
Late arrivals
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure you receive the maximum benefit from your treatment. If you arrive late, all efforts will be made to deliver as much of your treatment as time allows whilst still finishing as scheduled. Keep in mind you will be charged 100% of your booked service amount.
Booking amendments
Please give at least 24 hrs notice if you wish to remove a service from your booking (applicable to all services 30 minutes and over). If you do not give notice and wish to omit a particular service at the time of your appointment, you may be charged in full for this service. Each service is allocated a set amount of time, and if this time has been allocated to you it cannot be offered to another client. If you’re unsure how long a particular service takes, please contact us to check.
Payment of charges
All above charges are to be paid via direct deposit within 48 hours, or at the next scheduled appointment (this will be at the discretion of the business). This is based on a system of honesty; if payment is not received you will not be offered another appointment.

We understand that life isn’t always predictable. If an emergency situation arises, please contact us and we will decide how best to proceed.
